Digital Reward Catalog

In 2011, INTERLINK introduced an innovative approach to traditional printed reward catalogs by launching the Digital Reward Catalog. Through this structure, which we define as Corporate B2C, our business partners began managing reward operations in a faster, more flexible, and more efficient way.

Customers and employees can freely redeem the points they earn from thousands of products offered by local and global brands. In addition to physical products, the catalog also includes car rental options, holiday packages, and social responsibility donations.

If users cannot find the product they are looking for, they can submit a request through the “Whatever You Wish” module. For rewards requiring more points than available, users are given the option to complete the remaining amount in cash or via installment payments by credit card.

One of the key advantages of the Digital Reward Catalog is the low point equivalents made possible by INTERLINK’s strong purchasing volume. This advantage is supported by PRO–SPIDER, proprietary software developed by INTERLINK that monitors prices across major e commerce platforms and tech retailers 24/7.
