It is a software system that ensures real-time communication between us and our Customers, Suppliers, and Business Partners—from creating requests and orders to communication, reporting, shipment tracking, issue monitoring, and accounting information. Orders are submitted for company approval through OPERACTIVE entry. Upon approval, OPERACTIVE automatically initiates the procurement process. The system automatically notifies the supplier company and ensures that the product is stocked in our warehouse.
Through the OPERACTIVE system, the shipment, accounting, and warehouse departments carry out their operations, generate delivery notes and invoices for the order, and ensure that the product is handed over to the cargo company. OPERACTIVE also works in integration with all cargo companies from which services are received. In this way, both our Company and our Customers can track their shipments digitally and in real time.
OPERACTIVE has a highly comprehensive reporting system. Reports can be generated both in general and individually. Many types of reports—such as products in shipment, delivered products, and products pending in the procurement stage—can be obtained digitally.
